Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Giza. The Sales Consultant will focus on guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include consulting with customers to identify their needs, recommending suitable products, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The role will involve regular interaction with the customer base to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Consulting and consulting-related activities
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to handle inquiries, concerns, and transactions professionally
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet sales goals
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and experience in retail sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
