Fawry is hiring ' Enterprise Governance & Control Sr. Manager' (Hybrid)

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise data governance strategy.
  • Define data ownership models, stewardship responsibilities, and quality standards.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across the enterprise.
  • Lead implementation and management of GRC tools/portals.
  • Oversee the integration of risk, compliance, and control activities across business units.
  • Oversee enterprise IAM frameworks, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure proper access controls, authentication protocols, and role-based access.
  • Support compliance with privacy and related regulations.
  • Drive enterprise-wide process standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Implement process governance models to monitor, audit, and optimize critical business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise governance, risk management, or operational excellence.
  • Strong experience implementing or managing GRC platforms and working with ISO frameworks , 31000, 9001, 22301, etc.).
  • Expertise in data governance, business continuity, and process improvement.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO Lead Implementer/Auditor, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
