Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
QHSE Manager
to oversee and continually improve our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and practices. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maintain certifications, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's
    QHSE Management System
    in compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
  • Conduct regular
    audits, inspections, and risk assessments
    across operations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead
    incident investigations
    , root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure that all
    employees and contractors are trained
    on QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on
    QHSE performance metrics
    ; prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Manage and maintain relevant
    certifications and regulatory compliance
    .
  • Liaise with external bodies and authorities regarding QHSE matters.
  • Promote a strong
    safety culture
    throughout the organization.
  • Ensure appropriate handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
  • Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes affecting the company's QHSE responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar QHSE management role, preferably in Infrastructure or Construction.
  • total work experience in HSE
    20 Years
  • Professional certifications such as
    NEBOSH, IOSH, IRCA Auditor
    , or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of
    ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
    standards.
  • Proven experience in incident investigation and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
