Egypt Education Platform is seeking a creative and collaborative Co-English Teacher - Primary Stage to join our enthusiastic team at Madinaty Language School. This role is perfect for educators who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to fostering a love for the English language among young learners.

Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate English lessons in accordance with the Egyptian National Curriculum.
  • Assist in creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures students' curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
  • Support differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, providing additional assistance as required.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, documenting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate group activities and encourage teamwork among students to develop their social and communication skills.
  • Engage with parents and guardians regularly to discuss student progress and promote home support for learning.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  • Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Primary Stage students is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Very good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners, with a focus on developing English language skills.
  • Creativity and adaptability in developing lesson plans and instructional strategies.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and contribute positively to the school community.
