Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Bartender located in Marsa Alam. The Head Bartender will manage bar operations, prepare and serve drinks, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized bar area. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory, training junior staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
