Team Description:
The Flights Book on Wego team is dedicated to enhancing the end-to-end experience for users booking flights through Wego. By focusing on operational excellence, quality assurance, and supplier performance, the team ensures that customers have a seamless booking experience, making travel simpler and more enjoyable.

The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Audit Analyst to join our Flights Book on Wego team. In this role, you will monitor Back Office (BOW) transactions, ensure quality assurance standards are met, analyze statistical data, and help optimize the booking process. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, resolving discrepancies, and improving internal processes.

What You Will Be Working On:
You will focus on quality assurance, data analysis, and monitoring processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Additionally, you will oversee supplier setups, airline deals, and offline transactions while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

• ADM Management: Monitor Agency Debit Memos (ADMs), analyze trends, and submit disputes as necessary to minimize occurrences.
• Offline Transactions: Conduct quality checks on offline GDS transactions, maintain records, and provide detailed reports to team leads.
• GDS Supplier Setup: Configure and oversee QCT settings for GDS suppliers, ensuring accurate setup.
• Airline Deals Configuration: Set up airline deals from suppliers, monitor application accuracy, and update the knowledge base for operational reference.
• Supplier Reports: Compile and analyze supplier performance reports, conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Unused Ticket Management: Track and manage unused tickets with proper documentation and timely resolution.
• Transaction Auditing: Perform regular audits of online transactions to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in data analysis and creating insightful, data-driven reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL and process automation is preferred.
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and ticketing across multiple markets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of business operations, objectives, and data flow.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy.

• Experience in quality assurance and data analysis within the aviation or travel industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in audit, quality assurance, or data analysis is preferred.
