Job Purpose

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content that supports the company's marketing objectives across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity, producing creative materials for social media, presentations, and campaigns that reflect Paradigm Studio's refined and sophisticated design aesthetic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design engaging visual content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative ideas aligned with brand strategy.

- Create digital and print materials including posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and event collateral.

- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while keeping designs fresh and contemporary.

- Support the development of sub-brands, campaign visuals, and promotional materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (printers, photographers, videographers) to ensure quality output.

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail and precision.

- Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.

- Strong understanding of social media design formats and visual marketing strategies.

- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and composition.

- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Working Conditions:

- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Location: Zamalek, Cairo
