Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Team Lead located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Customer Services Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer service requests, and supporting the team in resolving customer issues. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance to team members, and developing strategies to enhance customer service quality.
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle stressful situations effectively
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
