We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing effective social media strategies for our clients, enhancing their online presence, and driving their marketing and sales efforts. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences and achieves measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to clients' goals and target audiences.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and stories.

Campaign Management: Manage and oversee social media campaigns, from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create visually appealing and informative content.

Client Engagement: Understand clients' businesses, identify their needs, and provide tailored social media solutions. Prepare and present quotations to clients.

Tool Utilization: Utilize social media marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, or others to manage and optimize campaigns.

Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.

Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent active listening and analytical skills.

Knowledge of consumer behavior and industry trends.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.

Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
