Plan started working in Egypt in 1981 and has a presence in five of the 27 governorates in which the country including Greater Cairo, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt, Plan started working in Egypt in 1981 and has a presence in ten of the 27 governorates in which the country including Greater Cairo, Alexandria, Damietta, Aswan and Assuit. Plan international Egypt implements programmes designed to enable communities to improve the lives of the most marginalised children and their families. Plan Egypt's Country Strategy focuses on five strategic objectives.

About The Role
Risk and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Risk and Compliance
Manager in internal audits, investigations, assessing internal controls, risk management and
to ensure of compliance with laws regulations, PII Policies and Donors' terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assurance that organization conducts its processes in compliance with outside regulatory, legal requirements and bylaws as well as internal Policies.
- Encompassing the identification, analysis, and help management to response to risk factors that form part of the business.
- Performing audits and reviews at regular intervals and advising the management on possible risks that might occur.
- Conduct investigations and reviews of internal controls to ensure that compliance procedures are applied and regularly followed.
About You
- Exceptional communications skills both written and oral.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and resolve conflicting demands.
- Ability to work as a member of a team sharing knowledge and providing guidance and technical advice.
- A high aptitude for learning and innovation.
- A persuasive personality able to explain technical concepts to varying audiences.
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to provide different perspectives, options and ideas to issues raised by personnel.
- A self-driven and result oriented individual able to work independently.
- IT skills, particularly with respect to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI)
- Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International's Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
- Ensures that Humanitarian Program staff are properly inducted on and understands their role in upholding Plan International's safeguarding and GEI policies;
- Ensures that Plan International's global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in project design, during implementation and as principles applied in day-to-day work of Programme team;
- Ensures that Plan Egypt contributes to Plan International's global efforts to ensure safeguarding and GEI, including making sure that relevant reporting and data are submitted.
