We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our creative team.

Job Description:

This is a full-time On-site Position located in Mansoura. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the SEO strategy to improve the website's search engine ranking and attract high-quality traffic, collaborating with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied during content creation, and conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords related to the website's niche.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research into target keywords and evaluate competitor SEO strategies to uncover potential risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for content optimization, internal linking, link acquisition, guest posting, and other authority-building activities.
  • Monitor and assess technical elements influencing search visibility and index coverage, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, lead submissions, and keyword rankings; prepare regular reports for the Product Owner and propose actionable improvements.
  • Identify, document, and report systemic technical issues impacting indexability, canonicalization, redirects, HTTP errors, and site crawlability; evaluate site performance through analysis of sitemaps, crawl logs, rendering, and page speed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and evolving SEO best practices.
  • Create innovative methods, reporting frameworks, and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the SEO team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully improving website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous learner who keeps up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
