We are looking for a
Zoho Developer
to join our
Digital Transformation & Automation Team
.

The ideal candidate is
technology-oriented, curious, and passionate about automation
, with the ability to customize and build smart workflows on Zoho CRM and related business applications.

You will be involved in
implementing and integrating Zoho Applications
, especially
Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People
, along with
API Connections and AI-driven automation using n8n, Deluge, and AI Assistants
.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a
Zoho Solution Architect / AI Automation Specialist
.

Responsibilities

  • Customizing Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, blueprints, and automation rules.
  • Developing
    Deluge functions and client-side Widgets (HTML/JS/CSS)
    .
  • Working with
    Zoho Finance Suite (Books, Inventory, Billing) and Zoho People / HR modules
    .
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party platforms using
    REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON & URL Actions
    .
  • Building
    workflow automation and AI-driven processes using Zoho Flow / n8n /
    .
  • Troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing Zoho implementations.
  • Participating in
    AI-powered automation initiatives
    (WhatsApp Bots, Email Parsing Agents, Smart Data Mapping, etc.).
  • Testing features in
    Zoho Sandbox environments and preparing deployment plans
    .
  • Collaborating with Product & Implementation teams to deliver complete digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years
    of hands-on experience with Zoho.
  • Basic knowledge of
    Deluge scripting / any coding background (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
    .
  • Understanding of
    APIs / JSON / Webhooks / Data Mapping
    .
  • Experience or interest in
    AI Tools, Automation Platforms (n8n, Zapier, ) is a strong plus
    .
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-driven, curious, and able to explore solutions independently.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in
    English
    .
