Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Telesales Interior Design role based in New Cairo, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role includes assisting clients with space planning and interior design solutions, making tailored furniture recommendations, and using strong communication skills to effectively present and sell interior design solutions. The Telesales Interior Designer will interact with clients via phone or online channels to understand their needs and guide them through customized design options.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces
- Strong knowledge of Furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to provide clients with expert recommendations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in telesales, interior design, or a related field is beneficial
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client projects
