Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the full social media cycle across all Amir El Domiaty brands.

This combined role requires a balance of creativity, strategy, and analytical thinking, as you'll oversee content creation, planning, execution, and performance analysis.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency, growth, and meaningful audience engagement.

Main Functional Areas:

Content Creation & Copywriting

Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) tailored to each platform.

Write compelling, on-brand copy that reflects our brand voice in both Arabic and English.

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and the creative team to deliver visually consistent and appealing assets.

Maintain a strong storytelling approach that reflects our heritage and innovation.

Strategy & Planning

Build and execute monthly and quarterly social media plans aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure unified campaigns and messaging.

Manage posting schedules, budgets, and timelines efficiently.

Analyze campaign performance, set KPIs, and optimize results based on insights.

Ensure our content and activities reflect market trends and audience behavior.

Market Research & Analytics

Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and social listening to identify new opportunities.

Track engagement metrics, conversion rates, and audience insights using analytical tools.

Translate data into actionable strategies to boost visibility, reach, and ROI.

Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand strategy.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.

Exceptional writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and optimization.

Experience in F&B, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
