Interior Team Leader – Finishing & Decoration

*Job Brief:*

We are looking for an Interior Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle new clients, understand their design needs, and lead the interior designers to deliver accurate designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:


• Meet new clients and take a clear brief about the required design.


• Lead and supervise the interior design team to produce designs and drawings.


• Communicate with clients to confirm that the designs match their expectations.


• Follow up with clients during execution to ensure the work is going smoothly and without issues.


• Coordinate between the client and the internal teams when needed.

*Requirements:*


• Strong experience in interior design.


• Proficiency in 3D Max.


• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (essential).


• Strong communication and client-handling skills.


• Leadership skills and the ability to guide a design team.
