creative, detail-oriented, and responsive Social Media Moderator
to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms.

Job Summary

The
Social Media Moderator
will be responsible for overseeing Gears Egypt's social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging with followers, and supporting marketing initiatives through creative content and responsive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Gears Egypt's official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Create and post engaging content that aligns with the company's tone and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote new offers, destinations, and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze engagement, reach, and audience feedback to improve content performance.
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional brand image across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new ideas to enhance engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in
    social media management or moderation
    (experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of online audience engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for travel and digital content creation is an advantage.
