We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to manage budgeting, audits, reporting, and compliance while driving department improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and reviewing product pricing in coordination with commercial and cost teams
  • Managing and documenting financial transactions with sister companies and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies
  • Conducting profitability analysis for Egyptian and expatriate employees, including cost allocation and impact on business results
  • Preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
  • Monitoring cash flow, revenue recognition, and expense control
  • Supporting audits and coordinating with internal/external auditors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred)
  • 7–10 years experience in accounting, including leadership roles
  • Strong ERP and financial software knowledge
  • High attention to detail and decision-making skills
