About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer
with
5+ years of hands-on experience
to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. You will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, performance, and automation across our systems while collaborating closely with development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Monitor systems for performance, reliability, and availability; implement dashboards and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Nagios.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
  • Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes.
  • Document processes, runbooks, and configurations for operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Nagios).
