Role Description

The Business Developer (B2B) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the construction sector. The role includes end-to-end communication with clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the operations and project delivery teams. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and proven success in developing long-term B2B partnerships.

Job Requirements

Experience


• 3–5 years total experience in B2B business development, sales, or key account management.


• 1 year of Business Development experience in the construction industry


• Proven track record in acquiring and managing B2B clients.


• Strong Database


• Experience preparing proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.

Skills & Competencies


• Strong knowledge of construction sector dynamics (contracting, materials, suppliers, developers).


• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).


• Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


• High level of professionalism and client service orientation.


• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and proposal writing.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
