Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Motion Graphic Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design and storytelling with marketing vision, a grasp of motion trends, and technical skills to produce high-quality content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and various media, and can bring creative concepts to life through engaging animated visuals to develop dynamic high animations and videos for both online and offline platforms. Strongly creating visually engaging animations, innovative motion graphics, and videos that convey messages effectively and align with a brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, or content teams to understand project requirements.
  • Develop storyboards and creative concepts for motion graphics.
  • Create 2D and 3D animations for videos, social media, and advertisements.
  • Work with industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or Blender, Maya for 3D animation).
  • Craft high-quality visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Design and animate motion graphics elements such as typography, icons, and illustrations.
  • Create and edit motion graphics using After Effects and video content with Premiere Pro.
  • Ensure all motion graphics align with the company's branding and style guidelines.
  • Experiment with new animation techniques and styles to enhance creativity.
  • Handle multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years
    of proven work experience.
  • Bachelor's
    degree in graphic design / Web Design, media, Arts, or similar.
  • Extensive experience working with
    Video Production
    and Graphic Design.
  • Strong
    portfolio showcasing a visual blend of graphic and creative motion design work.
  • Proficiency in
    Motion graphics technologies
    : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.
  • Ability
    to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Experience
    creating engaging graphics.
  • Proficiency
    in relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creativity
    and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt designs to various platforms.
  • Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, ability to work independently, and collaboration
    skills.
