The Role

We're looking for a 
versatile Senior Data Scientist
 who thrives in both 
analytics
 and 
machine learning
 domains. someone eager to turn raw data into actionable insights and predictive power.

You'll split your time roughly as follows:

  • 50% Analytics & BI:
     Build dashboards, reports, and key business metrics
  • 40% Machine Learning:
     Develop predictive models, optimization algorithms, and recommendation systems
  • 10% Infrastructure:
     Maintain data pipelines, perform quality checks, and documentation

This is NOT a pure research role. You'll build dashboards AND train ML models.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in 
    Data Science
    .
  • Strong SQL skills write complex queries daily
  • Python expertise pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib
  • Production ML experience deployed models that real users depend on
  • Startup/small company background comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Strong communication skills explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Technical Skills:

  • Analytics: SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Looker/Metabase), statistical analysis
  • ML/AI: Regression, classification, clustering, time series, basic NLP
  • Tools: Jupyter, Git, Python ML stack, BI tools
  • Cloud: AWS experience is a plus

Nice-to-Have:

  • Ad tech or marketing analytics experience (CPL, ROAS, attribution)
  • PHP/Laravel familiarity
  • dbt or Analytics Engineering experience
  • A/B testing experience
  • NLP/chatbot experience
