The Finance Planning Manager will support the Finance Director in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to enable strategic decision-making and efficient deployment of resources. This role will be critical in planning for expansion, managing working capital, and ensuring disciplined financial management across all business units.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), ideally within FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to prepare actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Familiarity with capital allocation, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams, including operations, sales, and production.
  • Experience in supporting strategic initiatives such as new product launches, expansion projects, or investment deployment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (ERP, Excel, BI tools, etc.).
