Role Description & Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer orders from the sales team.
- Assign and supervise tasks for the design engineering team.
- Verify design drawings and ensure accuracy before client approval.
- Coordinate client approvals for final designs.
- Supervise the technical office in preparing production drawings for manufacturing.
- Provide clear guidance to ensure efficient and timely workflow.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance.
- Develop work procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Improve factory performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in furniture or cabinetry manufacturing management and supervision.
- Full-time availability.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with modern production monitoring tools.
- Good command of English.
- Strong leadership and employee development skills.
