Role Summary

The Retail Network Development Specialist will be the primary driver behind the
strategic expansion of our new dealer-owned retail network
for Light/Van/Radial (
LVR
) tires. This is a highly operational and project-focused role, responsible for the end-to-end process of new site activation—from initial market assessment and construction oversight to operational training and launch.

Key Responsibilities

I. Retail Network Expansion & Project Management

• Site Selection & Location Intelligence:
  Execute the new retail expansion strategy by identifying, assessing, and recommending prime locations based on established criteria, including
  traffic flow, local demographics, and competitive landscape
  .
• Project Management:
  Oversee and manage
  multiple new site development and construction projects simultaneously
  . Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to brand standards (e.g., signage, layout, design).
• Contract Management:
  Support the development and management of dealer/franchise contracts, ensuring all terms related to site setup and operation are clearly defined and executed.
• Budget Management (Secondary):
  Utilize basic financial modeling to assist with
  retail feasibility analysis
  and manage the Brand Development Fund (
  BDF
  ) related to new site construction/branding.

II. Operations and Activation

• Operational Standards Training:
  Develop and deliver comprehensive
  operational training programs
  to dealer staff, covering standardized procedures, inventory management, and
  exceptional customer service
  standards.
• Launch Coordination:
  Lead the
  initial sell-out activation
  for newly launched dealer sites, coordinating marketing and inventory to ensure a successful business start.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Coordinate effectively with real estate brokers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams (Logistics, Marketing) throughout the development lifecycle.

III. Compliance and Performance

• Ensure all new dealer sites adhere to Nile Projects' operating standards, brand guidelines, and local regulations.
• Monitor post-launch performance indicators to provide initial operational support and identify areas for rapid improvement.

Job Requirements

Experience & Education

• Experience:
  4 to 6 years
  of relevant professional experience in
  Retail Network Development, Franchising/Dealer Setup, or Business Development
  .
• Sector Background:
  Prior experience in
  fast-paced retail
  or service industries (e.g.,
  auto repair, quick service restaurants, or general automotive services
  ) is highly beneficial.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Core Skill Set

• Project Management:
  Proven track record of managing construction/development projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Operational & Training Skills:
  Demonstrated ability to implement and train others on standardized operational procedures.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with dealers and training staff.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Exceptional organizational skills to manage documentation and multi-phase projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills (Secondary)

• Basic financial modeling
  capabilities for assessing site profitability and return on investment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
