Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as a Key Account Manager, based in Haram. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. The individual will be responsible for overseeing account performance, developing business plans, analyzing client needs, and identifying opportunities to drive growth. Providing excellent customer service and working closely with clients to achieve mutually beneficial goals will also be a major aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Key Account relationship-building
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to meet client needs and foster satisfaction
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
