Location : New Cairo

Key Responsibilities


• Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Portal


• Handle system setups, workflow configurations, and minor technical changes


• Work with business users to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions


• Support daily SCM operations and troubleshoot issues


• Manage enhancement requests and coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs and patch updates


• Ensure smooth integration with Finance modules and project systems


• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation

Requirements


• Degree in computer science or related field


• 3 to 5 years experience


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Strong verbal communication skills


• Strong interpersonal skills
