Role Description

We are seeking a Specification Engineer for a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Specification Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and consultants, and providing technical support during the pre-tender and execution stages. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, keeping up-to-date with industry trends, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of specified materials and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in material specification, technical submittals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with architects, consultants, and project teams
  • Project-focused engineering skills with the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and technical details effectively
  • Solid understanding of industry trends, sustainability practices, and innovation in building systems
  • Proficiency in relevant design and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Previous experience in building systems, façade systems, or fit-out projects is highly advantageous
