We are hiring a Receptionist

- Location: Fifth Settlement, Cairo, CFC Mall

Responsibilities:


• Greet and assist clients and residents in a professional and friendly manner.


• Support clients in completing service forms and ensure all submitted documents are accurate.


• Access and review internal client logs to verify the identity of visitors.


• Send verification emails to account managers when needed to confirm client identity.


• Schedule and follow up on appointments with CCPM staff.


• Coordinate with the Tenant Coordination Team to arrange meetings, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure all stakeholders are informed.


• Answer phone calls and emails related to CCPM matters and forward them as necessary.


• Prepare and send weekly activity reports to the CCPM Manager.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements:

  • BA in Business Admin or related field

  • 2–4 years experience

  • Very good English & MS Office skills
