Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Recruitment and Organizational Development professional to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, the individual will manage recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and implement innovative hiring strategies. The role also involves developing training programs, enhancing organizational development initiatives, and fostering effective communication to support company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting processes
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proven strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
