Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cost Accountant role located in Qesm Qalyub. The Cost Accountant will perform daily tasks such as analyzing costs, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and supporting financial planning and decision-making processes. The role involves ensuring accurate cost data, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with various teams to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Cost Accounting and familiarity with related processes.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting financial reporting.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Accountant.
  • Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to examine data and support accurate decision-making.
  • Experience in recording, verifying, and reconciling Journal Entries within accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of Finance principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (certifications such as CMA or CPA are a plus).
