Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planner & Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of finishing and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project scheduling tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project baselines and detailed project schedules; update them periodically.
  • Prepare and manage resource loading sheets and manpower plans.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Follow up with site teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved schedules.
  • Track key milestones, identify delays, and propose/monitor recovery actions.
  • Coordinate effectively between the technical office, site execution teams, and project management.
  • Prepare presentations and professional reports for senior management.

  • Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • MS Excel & full MS Office suite
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project planning within finishing and interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
