We are now seeking a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to support our brand's online growth, digital performance, and overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.


• Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, digital merchandising, and promotional strategies.


• Analyze platform performance, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behavior to improve results.


• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, content, and operations teams to support product launches and online campaigns.


• Ensure accuracy of stock levels, seamless order processing, and timely coordination with logistics and customer support.


• Monitor website UX/UI and collaborate with developers to enhance customer experience.


• Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce optimization.

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce (beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or FMCG is a strong plus).


• Strong understanding of Shopify.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and KPIs.


• Knowledge of SEO basics, customer funnels, and conversion optimization.


• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.


• Ability to work closely with marketing, content, design, and operations teams.
