JOB TITLE
Indirect Sourcing Lead | MAF Global Solutions | Procurement

Role Summary
Leading a team to execute both tactical and strategic sourcing of products and services for all MAF operating companies across various countries. This encompasses indirect categories such as Marketing, Technology, Human Capital, and Consultancy, among others, while ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and plans developed in Dubai.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead and mentor a high performing procurement team to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • Implement strategic sourcing strategies for indirect categories while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to address procurement challenges and align priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team success and provide updates to senior management on procurement activities and savings
  • Stay informed on industry trends and encourage the adoption of innovative tools and practices to enhance procurement efficiency
  • Ensure all procurement activities conducted by the team are fully compliant with established Procurement policies and standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, including at least 8 years in an indirect-focused role.
  • Experience in large Indirect Procurement, covering categories like Marketing, Technology, and Human Capital
  • Proficient in E-sourcing platforms and ERPs, particularly ORACLE, ARIBA, and COUPA
  • MCIPS/CIPS/APICS-CSCP (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Shared Services and matrix reporting structures for procurement processes
  • Effective team management and customer-focused approach
