Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Bilingual Team Leader (Spanish & English) located in Cairo. The Bilingual Team Leader will manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, handling escalated issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring team metrics and performance.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Experience in team leadership and staff management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM and team management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication, or related field is beneficial
