  • Babu The World Explorer
    , a children's edutainment series that teaches kindness, culture, and international etiquette through storytelling.
  • Ma Muse Notebooks
    , a premium line of lifestyle notebooks designed for reflection and creativity.

We are looking for a
fresh, motivated Executive
to lead retail and school partnerships across Egypt . someone driven, charming, and commercially sharp.

This role blends sales, brand representation, and creative execution. You'll bring
Babu's magic
and
Ma Muse's inspiration
to bookshelves, concept stores, and learning spaces nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with
    bookstores, concept stores, and educational institutions
    across Egypt.
  • Negotiate partnerships (wholesale and consignment)
  • Launch storytelling sessions, school reading activities, and lifestyle pop-ups.
  • Track stock, sales performance, and marketing activations.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team on expansion plans.
  • Represent the brand at events, book fairs, and partner visits.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years' experience in
    publishing, lifestyle retail, or education partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with professional presence and a creative mindset.
  • Organized, confident, and passionate about culture, storytelling, and design.

Compensation

  • Base Salary:
    Competitive, depending on experience.
  • Commission:
    On both
    Babu Books
    and
    Ma Muse Notebooks
    sold through retail or schools.
  • Bonus:
    Quarterly performance based incentives.
