Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates to maximize performance.
  • Oversee SEO, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to improve funnel conversion and retention.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and create reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in E-Commerce).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, CRM/email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio, or other BI tools for performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale marketing efforts profitably.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
