We're hiring a Marketing Executive for Mienta (1–3 years' experience) to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life. You'll support marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels, help create engaging social media content and branding materials, and coordinate with agencies, vendors, and printers to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll also assist with product launches, packaging, and photoshoots, while supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive real impact.
Roles and responsibilities
• Understand current and new products, their features, selling points and competitors through regular market visits and online research.
• Plan and run activities to reach the target audience through channels like social media, print and TV.
• Come up with ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Help prepare the yearly marketing plans.
• Coordinate with external vendors for events and campaigns, ensuring quality deliverables within the expected timelines.
• Help in creating social media content and digital campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Develop branding materials such as calendars, giveaways and product catalogues.
• Prepare briefs for product photoshoots and attend shoots to make sure they are done properly.
• Assist with general marketing activities as needed.
• Manage packaging design, production and ensuring all artwork is updated in the filing system.
• Check packaging requirements to make sure all information is correct and consistent.
• Attend printing of local packs to ensure consistency across all products
• Support the team with internal department or company tasks.
• Do any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualification:
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience as marketing executive or similar role
Key Skills:
• Fluent in both Arabic & English (spoken & written)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with adaptability
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Canva
• Must have a car
• Males only
