Junior Project/Facilities Engineer

A Junior Facilities Engineer supports the operation, maintenance, and technical aspects of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). They assist senior engineers and contractors in ensuring smooth and safe facility operations, supports in preparing needs reports, supports in coordinating between different departments within the project.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to facility-related service requests
  • Support corrective and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Maintain facility documentation (logs, reports, manuals)
  • Help coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors
  • Assist in routine inspections and maintenance of building systems

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
  • 0 to 1 year experience.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
    • Willingness to learn and take on-site responsibilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Nice to have

  • Internship or training experience in facility or building operations
  • AutoCAD or technical drawing skills
