Role Overview

As an
Impact Supervisor
, you will serve as a key support pillar, ensuring CIPPO's mission translates into actionable plans through the design and follow-up of
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
and
Individualized Behavior Plans (IBPs)
that are implemented by schools, parents, and practitioners.

Your main function is simple but powerful:
Train, Plan, and Supervise (TPS).

Through these functions, you will help refine practitioner skills, strengthen partnerships, and directly shape the growth journeys of hundreds of neurodivergent children.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and Collaboration

• Work closely with School Integration Teachers and Psychosocial Practitioners.
• Maintain active engagement with parents, school counselors, and inclusion leads.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of IEPs, CarePlans, and related support services.

Program Development and Delivery

• Contribute to the design and rollout of new programs, from developmental assessments to empowerment and summer camps, that reflect community needs and global best practices.

Cross-Functional Development

• Partner with the People & Culture team to identify practitioners' growth potential and support professional development pathways.

Agile Psychosocial Practice

• Deliver clinical services in your capacity as a
  Senior Agile Psychosocial Practitioner
  (up to two days per week), across school-based and private settings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Psychology
  ,
  Educational Psychology
  , or a closely related discipline.
• Field experience in
  special education
  ,
  inclusive learning
  , or
  psychosocial practice
  (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration capabilities across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• High organizational capacity, clarity in communication, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Professional presence and confidence in representing CIPPO within schools and partner institutions.
