Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Heliopolis. The candidate will manage mass hiring initiatives by overseeing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting talented candidates. Responsibilities will also include developing employer branding strategies, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational goals. The role requires proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring techniques
  • Strong skills in Recruiting and building talent pipelines
  • Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment for mass hiring projects
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a fast-paced organization is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
