Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Infrastructure Design Manager (Wet Utilities)
to join our
Cairo, Egypt
office on a
full-time, on-site
basis.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the design of wet utility infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    planning, design, and delivery
    of wet utility infrastructure projects (water supply, stormwater, and wastewater systems).
  • Manage and mentor
    a team of design engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Review and approve design drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve high-quality deliverables

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a related field).
  • 10–15 years
    of experience in infrastructure design, with a strong background in
    wet utilities
    .
  • Proven
    leadership and project management
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
    and relevant design software.
  • Strong
    analytical, communication, and decision-making
    abilities.
  • Experience working within a
    consultancy environment
    is preferred.
