Raya Information Technology: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring for:
Cisco Contact Center Engineer

Responsibilities:

Implement, and support Cisco Contact Center solutions (UCCE / PCCE / UCCX).

Deploy and integrate Cisco Collaboration components such as CUCM, CVP, CUBE, CUIC.

Perform solution upgrades, migrations.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, and project reports.

Provide support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

BSc. in Telecommunication or Computer Science..

4–6 years of experience in Cisco Contact Center solutions.

Hands-on experience with CUCM, CVP, SIP, Voice Gateways, Networking fundamentals.

Experience with Cisco Finesse, routing scripts, call flows, and reporting (CUIC).

Understanding of virtualization (VMware), and basic scripting is a plus.

Cisco certifications (CCNP Collaboration, CCE, or CCIE Collaboration) are highly preferred.

Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
