Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior ERP Application Consultant
to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP solutions across key business domains. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology — ensuring client requirements are accurately captured, translated into effective ERP solutions, and implemented according to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead full-cycle ERP module implementation (particularly in
    Supply Chain
    and
    Manufacturing
    ).
  • Configure ERP applications based on client requirements and project scope.
  • Conduct system validation, testing, and ensure seamless module integration.

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes.
  • Document detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Perform Gap-Fit analysis to align ERP functionalities with business needs.

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Design ERP configurations and process workflows based on best practices.
  • Prepare functional specifications for required customizations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

Data Management

  • Define master data structures and data migration templates.
  • Support data validation, cleansing, and migration activities.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across ERP modules.

User Training & Support

  • Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions.
  • Provide support during UAT and Go-Live phases.
  • Offer continuous post-implementation assistance and process improvement advice.

Project Management Support

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to plan, track, and report project progress.
  • Identify risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience
    , preferably with [specify ERP platform, e.g., Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.].
  • Strong understanding of
    business processes in Supply Chain and Manufacturing
    domains.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in
    data migration, system integration, and UAT management
    .
  • PMP or ERP certification is an advantage.
