Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Telesales Representative. In this role, you will engage with potential customers to promote and sell our services, provide support to address customer inquiries, and maintain a high standard of professionalism. You will proactively build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, work to meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include managing sales calls, updating customer records, and collaborating with the team to improve strategies and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their inquiries
  • Experience in Customer Support and resolving customer concerns with professionalism
  • Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of Training practices to guide customers in understanding the products and services offered
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in computer systems preferred
