Our client is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and resourceful SAP Solution Architect with passion for business transformation and expertise in implementing SAP S4/HANA. The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions for end customers. They will work with business users to understand their needs and requirements, then translate those requirements into SAP functionality. They will also work with technical architects to ensure that the SAP solutions are technically feasible and scalable.  Responsibilities Gather and analyze end customer business requirements for SAP S/4HANA solutionsDrive the solution design based on business requirements and making key design decisionsManage solution deployment specific risks, actions, issues, decisions including risk mitigation approaches closely working with IT/project leadership for resolutionsPlan, drive/attend, and assist in facilitating solution design workshops with key business and IT representativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA solutions.Oversee all integrations with the customer broader IT landscapeProvide technical guidance and support to the development and testing teamsEnsure that all S/4 HANA solutions are scalable and maintainable.Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.Conduct regular reviews of business and system architecture to ensure alignment with business goals.Optimize S/4 HANA solutions for performance and efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.Stay up to date on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments Qualifications Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4+ full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations Has completed at least 2+ full implementations as an SAP S/4HANA solution architect10+ years of experience in SAP S4HANA development and implementationStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes across modulesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree is a must
