The Head of Sales will be reporting technically to the Marketing & Sales Manager and administratively to the Country Area Manager.

**The Position**
- The person will be responsible to lead Sales activities in Egypt market and regularly report to the Area Manager and Marketing & Sales Manager for successful collaboration and goals achievement.
- The role supports all inside sales operations and product management related.
- Coordinate with Product Development and Sales Steering functions, including new product developments and new market demands.
- The role necessitates exceptional inside sales management skills for a local and remote based team.
- Manage all technical sales and partner sales activities for all product lines.
- Work with the technical sales engineers to generate and manage all customer proposals and orders for the MENA market.
- Responsible for all technical support (internal and external) for GEA Flow Components in the MENA Market
- Project management, including support and guidance for the technical sales/operations team for GEA Flow
- Interface with the factories on all operational and technical matters for the GEA Flow Components product Components range of products, including inventory control and forecasting.
- Assist the Marketing and Sales Manager with developing and supporting the proper product and system offerings for MENA Market

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English both in written and verbal.
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical field, or commensurate experience in technical sales engineering/management
- Experience working in industrial refrigeration, factories, and fabrication contractors.
- Must be willing to travel, as sale assignments and industry functions require.
- Familiar with sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
- Strong personal impression and have a result-oriented setting.
