**The team for you to join**
As Global Product Documentation Specialist you will be part of the Oterra headquarter team with close to 75 colleagues from all over the world. Our headquarter has been doubled in size over the last year and will continue to grow in the years to come, representing the global organization we support. The Global Product Documentation team is a newly established team of four dedicated employees.

**The role - Global Product Documentation Specialist**

We are looking for a Global Product Documentation Specialist to work and support with product documentation and labels covering technical and regulatory information across regions. Your day-to-day work will primarily be to secure high-quality product documentation and labels for our product portfolio. You will have a deep insight in documentation systems, product data and be heavily involved in projects.
- Your main tasks will be to:_
- Create product documentation for our new product developments
- Maintain existing product documentation
- Be involved in projects related to business needs and regulatory requirements
- Handle product label assignments
- Build and modify templates in documentation systems

In the role, you will be closely collaborating and in contact with many departments within the organization, in particular: Global Customer Documentation, Regulatory, Product Management, R&D and Quality Assurance.

**Who are we looking for?**
- We are hoping to find a person with:
- A Master’s degree in Food Science, Pharmacology or another related area
- Preferred 1-5 years of working experience
- Experience with product documentation and systems such as SAP 4 Hana, Wercs, NiceLabel
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Is fluent in written and spoken English
- High attention to details and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to cooperate across functions and borders
- Food technical knowledge (but not a must)
