**Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Sourcing and Acquisition**- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs through sourcing channels like job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- **Screening and Interviewing**- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine role profiles and improve recruitment processes.- **Employer Branding**- Position Pipeline Gurus as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance employer brand visibility.
- **Recruitment Analytics and Strategy**- Use data insights to optimize recruitment strategies and forecast hiring needs.
- **Onboarding Support**- Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the onboarding process.
- **Process Improvement**- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within sales-focused or high-growth organizations.
- Strong ability to source and attract SDRs, as well as talent for other roles such as marketing, operations, and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and improve strategies accordingly.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
