Position Snapshot:
Drives all company initiatives at site level leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance. Takes ownership and assists all site employees, contractors and visitors in ensuring SHE compliance with all local laws and regulations or by default with their Nestle equivalent. Ensures internal SHE reporting requirements are strictly met.

A day in the life:

- Communicate the site SHE management strategies and policies, in accordance with the directives given by Senior Management, and ensure awareness and adherence of all site employees, contractors and visitors to legal and Nestlé requirements relating to SHE.
- Assist in conducting the Plant's SHE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action follow-up, as well as promoting BBS culture in order to meet the site SHE objectives and targets.
- Performs the follow up of the accidental situation, the analysis and determination of accidents causes, propose preventive and corrective measures and implement the required safety concept, after a risk assessment is performed.
- Plan and conduct SHE training sessions as planned for employees, contractors and/or visitors prior to work commencement.
- Ensure proper and adequate SHE checks and measurements on all SHE-related equipment/tools/etc. and trigger replacement/maintenance action plans to ensure their validity.
- Ensure timely internal SHE reporting to Site SHE Manager/Factory Manager is established and sustained with regards to SHE KPI's.
