**Responsibilities**:
If you take the challenge as our new Global Technical Support Engineer, you will be the global support for demanding customer cases, that cannot be handled with local competences. In these cases, you will have to, listen to the customers, ask appropriate questions to get to really understand the problems, and transfer that insight into actions that will solve the problem and provide a good customer experience.

Furthermore:

- Occasional on-site visits world-wide for advanced troubleshooting and support, approximately 30 travel days per year can be expected
- Transfer learnings back to the organization

- Professional understanding of electrical drawings and documents
- Technical knowledge of VACON® and VLT® products is an asset
- Willingness and ability to travel
